Deposits Required

In order to secure/confirm your appointment a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit is REQUIRED. If Deposit is not received, your DO NOT and WILL NOT receive Confirmed Appointment Notice. A Confirmation Link is sent to you via text message to the phone number that you book your appointment with. If you do not have a credit card, please contact 903-884-6007 and we can discuss other method of receiving deposit via Zelle or Apple Pay Only. Please check your text for confirmation. We appreciate you booking your appointments with us. At Masterpiece Esthetics we have a high volume in bookings therefore paying your deposit confirms your appointment and let us know that you are serious about your appointment. Please do not book if you are not ready to pay your deposit. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up so Please contact Masterpiece Esthetics at least 12 hours prior to appointment as Pocket Suite sends appointment confirmations/appointment reminders 24 hours prior to actual appointment dates to plan for your scheduled appointment. If appointment is not canceled within time frame, a $50 Late Cancellation/Rebooking fee will be required in order to rebook any future appointments with Masterpiece Esthetics. Late cancellation/ same day cancellation means canceling appointment less than 12 hours of scheduled appointment time. 

No Show Policy

No Call No Show/ Same Day Cancellations will be charged the full service amount that was scheduled.  If I do not here from you and you do not communicate with us in any way, you will not be able to rebook any appointments at Masterpiece Esthetics. I value every persons time, please value ours. We have our clients who would love to come to our spa to receive the Masterpiece Experience so please give us the courtesy of canceling your appointment ahead of time. 

Late Policy

There is only a 10 minute grace period for all returning clients whose appointment durations are longer than 15 minutes. If you are running late please contact us and let us know that you may be late so that we can try our best to accommodate you. If you are late, you will be charged a late fee to your service balance. A fee of $15 will be assessed at the 10 minute mark and $1 extra for each minute over . After 20 minutes the service will be cancelled resulting in a $25 rescheduling fee which will be added to your total plus a Same Day Cancellation fee will also be assessed.  Same Day Cancellations include text and calls the day of your appointment.
